Light Brownies

Makes 24 brownies each with 120 calories, 3g fat, 0 mg cholesterol.

1 pkg Brownie mix
4 oz Non-fat plain yogurt
Water as shown on box

Omit 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oil from recipe directions on box of brownies. Instead, add yogurt to brownie mix and blend together in mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 350F. Pour mixture into pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray; bake about 30 minutes, as directed on package.

Note: Substituting yogurt for oil and eggs saves 1,060 calories, 200 gm fat and 425mg cholesterol.
