HOT CRAB AND CHEESE DIP

Yield: 1 2/3 cups

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp prepared horseradish
Dash of garlic powder
1 (4 1/2 oz) can lump crabmeat rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Combine first 5 ingredients; fold in crabmeat. Spoon into f lightly greased 2-cup baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and serve with crackers or chips.
