Cocoa Cheese Fudge
1 pound butter
1 pound cheese shredded
4 pounds powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 cup nuts
Melt butter and cheese completely then combine powdered sugar, cocoa, and nuts. Mix well. Spread on cake pan, let set 1 or 2 hours.
It's not yucky it's really surprisingly good.
