Honey-of-a-Fudge Sauce

Makes 2 1/2 cups
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup honey
1 cup water
1 cup miniature marshmallows (can use regular size)
1 tsp vanilla
Combine butter, cocoa, and cornstarch; blend well. Add honey and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows; stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Serve sauce over ice cream.
Note: Can be served warm or cold.
