Recipe created for Panasonic 65. Adjust as necessary for other brands.

3 3/8 cup Bread Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Dry milk
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Raisins (1-1/2 oz)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon, optional
1 1/2 cup Water (12 fl oz)
2 tsp Dry yeast

Place ingredients in baking pan except for raisins, cinnamon, water and dry yeast. Add water on top of dry ingredients. Close lid and place yeast in dispenser. Bake on regular bake mode.

Mix raisins and cinnamon together until raisins are well coated. Drop in the pan when the signal is given that the yeast has dropped onto the dough. This will keep the raisins more nearly whole than if put in at the beginning of cycle.
