I do this all the time. I make a recipe of pizza dough, then make a pizza using only 1/4 or 1/3 of the dough, then make 2 or 3 rounds of the leftover dough put waxed paper between them, wrap them and stick them in the freezer. The rounds thaw quickly and I let them rise 15 minutes or so, and make more pizza! (I've been grilling pizza lately!)
