Recipe: Baked Pineapple (using crushed pineapple and cinnamon)

BAKED PINEAPPLE

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs beaten
3 slices bread, cubed
1 Tbsp sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, mixed
3 Tbsp butter or margarine

Mix pineapple, flour and sugar. Lightly add eggs to the pineapple mixture. Pour into a greased pan. Place bread cubes on top.

Melt butter and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees degrees F for 45 minutes.
