Peach Shake

2 Big fresh peaches
1/4 Cup white sugar
1 Cup milk
1 Cup vanilla ice cream
1 oz. rum or almond liqueur (optional)

Cut the unpeeled peaches into the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients except the liquor & blend till it's frothy. Pour into tall, chilled glasses. Drizzle the
liquor on top.
Serves 2
