Chilled Fresh Peach Soup
The Delforge Place, Fredericksburg, Texas

5 large ripe peaches, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Puree peaches with sugar in food processor. Blend in yogurt, orange juice, and lemon juice. Pour into a bowl; cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish, if
desired, with thin slices of peach.

Serves: 4 to 6.
