Peches Au Beaujolais
Serves 6

6 large ripe freestone peaches, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
Finely grted zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tbls lemon juice
2-3 tsp sugar
1 bottle Beaujolais wine

In a small bowl, combine sliced peaches, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add sugar to taste, toss to gently blend. Cover and refridgerate until 30 minutes before
ready to serve. To serve, divide peaches among 6 stemmed glasses and pour 1/2 cup wine into each glass.
