PEACHES SUPREME
1 dozen coconut macaroons
1 dozen almond cookies
1/2 pint heavy (whipping) cream
3 tablespoons whiskey or rum
1 (26-28 oz) can peach halves
1/2 pint heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
Combine crumbled cookies with 1/2 pt cream (unwhipped) and whiskey.
Put peach halves in parfait glasses, top with cookie mixture then top with whipped whipping cream.
NOTES: This was a special treat that Mother served a Bridge Club. If I was good and helped I got to have one-yummy.
Number of servings will depend on number of peach halves in the can
