Fresh Fruit Cobbler
Recipe By :Houston Post
1/2 cup oleo
2/3 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups thawed frozen or fresh fruit
1 cup sugar
ice cream or whipped cream
Melt oleo in small pyrex pan. Mix milk, sugar, flour and baking powder. Spread over melted oleo. DO NOT STIR. Spread the fruit over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over fruit. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serve hot or cold topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
