Recipe(tried): Peach Jello Pie

Misc.

Verla,.Il (7:50:31 PM) :

Peach Jello Pie

1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
12 ounces 7-up
1 small pkg of peach jello
6 large fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

I baked 9 inch pie shell
Cool Whip or Whipping Cream

Cook filling in microwave until thick.
Cool and add sliced peaches. Pour into pie shell and chill 3 hours or until ready to serve. Serve with whipped cream.

This is a very cool and fresh pie. I sometimes add some blueberries for a nice change! Enjoy!
