RICE PUDDING
2 cans (12 fl. oz. each) evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup dry white rice (medium or long-grain)
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cinnamon stick
Combine all the ingredients, in the Russell Hobbs Slow Cooker Stoneware Liner.
Cover. Set Control Dial to HIGH. Cook 7 to 8 hours.
Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
Makes 6 servings
