THREE VEGETABLE CHEESE BAKE
1 (16-ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
1 (16-ounce) package frozen cauliflower
1 (16-ounce) package frozen Brussels sprouts
2 cans (10-ounce each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 pounds Velveeta cheese, cut into slices
Thaw frozen foods. Place ingredients in Slow Cooker in order listed.
Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW for 4-5 hours.
Yield: 8-10 servings
