Recipe(tried): Oatmeal-Cornflake Cookies

Oatmeal-Cornflake Cookies
Serving Size : 36

1/2 cup oleo or butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup corn flakes
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar together, add egg and vanilla, beating well. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together. Add all ingred. together until moistened. Drop by teaspoonfuls on coated cookie sheet. Bake in mederate oven 12-15 min.

NOTES : This recipe came with my Mother's "Mix-Master" that she recieved as a wedding gift,in 1946.
