Recipe: Breakfast Pudding (using brown and serve sausage)

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/3 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 (8 oz) package brown and serve sausage links, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Maple syrup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pour melted butter into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Combine milk, flour, eggs, and salt in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Pour egg mixture into prepared baking dish.
Arrange sausage slices over egg mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes
Serve immediately with warm maple syrup.
Servings: 6-8
