I got this recipe from a friend and have passed it on for years. It is great reheated too. Carries well when you have to bring a dish to a party.

Preheat oven to 350

Spray 2 quart baking dish with Pam or the like

Spread 1 can whole kernel corn in dish (drained)

In blender put:

one can evaporated milk
1/3 cup sugar
dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp vanilla
3 whole eggs
3 tbsp cornstarch

Blend about 10 seconds.

Pour mixture into large bowl and add:

2 cans of cream style corn and mix well

Pour over whole kernel corn; mix gently.

Dot to with 2-3 tbsp butter or margarine.

Place on rack in middle of oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.

Let sit about 5 minutes. Serve.
