Recipe: Easy Beignets (using frozen bread dough)

EASY BEIGNETS

This is my easy beignets recipe.

1 (1 lb) loaf frozen French bread dough, thawed
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar

Cut dough in pieces and stretch it out.

Drop into hot oil and fry until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Dust with powdered sugar or just put it in the sugar and coat it well (that's the best way).
