Grandmother's Corn Pudding
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
1/2 cup sugar
5 slices day old bread, crusts removed
1 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
in a bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add corn and sugar; mix well. cut bread into q/2 inch cubes and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour eggs mixture over bread. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
