Cookie-Ice cream pie
1 Oreo cookie pie crust
6-8 Oreo cookies
2 qt. vanilla ice cream
toppings : marshmallow, nuts, M&M's, hot fudge, caramel, sprinkles, etc.
1. Put crust into the freezer and take out 1 qt ice cream to counter to soften approx. 10 minutes.
2. Remove pie crust from freezer and scoop out enough ice cream to cover bottom. Put back in freezer.
3. In processor, crush cookies (approx. 6-8) and then sprinkle over the ice cream to form the next layer then place back in the freezer while the next ice cream softens. Repeat step #2.
4. Repeat step #3 if you want many layers.
5. After an ice cream layer put any toppings you like and then put in freezer until serving.
ENJOY! Kids love this...especially helping to make it!
