Lobster Rumaki

Cooked lobster, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
Water chestnuts, sliced
Salad oil
Soy sauce
Bacon slices, partially cooked

Split center of each piece of lobster, insert thin slice of water chestnut. Brush well with oil and soy sauce. Wrap in bacon, secure with wooden pick that has been soaked in water for 30 minutes and broil until bacon is crisp.
