Recipe: Molasses Magic Barbecue Ham Sauce (Brer Rabbit Molasses, 1956)

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
MOLASSES MAGIC BARBECUE HAM SAUCE

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 cup sauteed chopped green pepper
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Brer Rabbit Molasses

Combine ingredients for the sauce.

Let slices of ham sizzle on the grill for 2 minutes (watch carefully). Then brush with this sauce. Grill until heated thoroughly.

Makes 6 servings
