Recipe: Aunt Margaret's Zucchini Pie (using Bisquick, 13x9-inch)

Main Dishes - Meatless
AUNT MARGARET'S ZUCCHINI PIE

3 cups grated zucchini
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cut grated onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of ground black pepper
Dash garlic salt

Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Spread in a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until done.

Serve hot, cut into squares.
