Chicken Breast Recipes: easy and delicious
Looking for some new recipes for chicken breasts? Try one of these tasty, healthy recipes. (For all recipes, boneless, skinless chicken breasts work great).

Mock Fried Chicken:
Coat chicken breasts in fat free yogurt and toss in breadcrumbs. Season to taste and bake on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking oil at 350 for 1/2 hour. (NOTE: For this recipe and all following, make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly and is white, not pink in the center).

Sauteed Garlic Chicken:
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil. Dip chicken breasts in egg and then flour. Sautee with garlic mixture until done.

Crunchy Parmesan Chicken:
Dip chicken breasts in egg and coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Sautee until brown on both sides. Season with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top.

Marinated Chicken:
For a real low fat treat, marinate chicken breasts in lemon, bbq sauce or teriyaki sauce overnight and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.

Rolled Chicken:
Pound chicken breasts flat and coat with breadcrumbs. Roll each one and secure with a toothpick, Sprinkle parmesan cheese and a little pepper on top. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. 10 minutes before chicken is finished, add a splash of white wine on top. For variety, you can also fill with cheese..experiment with different cheese combinations.

Chicken Nuggets:
Healthier than the fast food version, your kids will love these! Cut up chicken bresats into nuggets. Coat with breadcrumbs and bake on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Serve with a variety of sauces for dipping..honey mustard, BBQ, sweet and sour, etc.
