Honey Sesame Bread
alt.bread.recipes/SkyPilot (1998)
Makes 1-1/2 pound loaf
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon dried buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat bran
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
Select Basic Bread cycle.
