TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK
1 flank steak (1 1/2 lbs)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tb grated orange peel
With sharp knife remove tough membrane on outside of steak. Place is shallow dish in which steak can lie flat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate at least 3 hours. Broil. Turn and brush with marinade. Cut diagonally in thin crosswise slices.
