Recipe: Recipes Old and New - July 2015 Daily Recipe Swap

Recipe Collections
Hello all!

I'm really excited about this month's recipe swap! Instead of a different topic every day, we'll be posting recipes assorted recipes. Along with new recipe additions, I will be focusing on updating recipes from our archived recipe swaps (many of those files are currently unedited and have multiple recipes in them) and posting them as single recipes to our Daily Recipe Swap as I do. I'll also update the original posts as each whole file is completed.

For anyone who isn't familiar with the files I'm referring to, back in the '90's and early 2000's we had a chat room where we met to talk about cooking and swap recipes on the topic of the day realtime (this was before all the social media options we have today). Our original site name was The Kitchen Link which is why you'll see Talk TKL Chat in these old files and my postings were by Betsy at TKL back in the day - oh what fun! It's hard to talk about those times now without becoming very nostalgic - a big shout out to our old chat room buddies!

I hope you have as much fun as I do taking a walk down our memory lane of recipes all month.

Happy Summer and Happy Cooking!
