CORN PUDDING
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. sugar
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
Several pats of butter or margarine
Mix cornstarch and sugar with wire whisk. Add eggs and mix well, then add milk and salt. Pour this mixture over 2 cans drained corn in casserole dish. Dot with margarine or butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
