SCALLOPED CORN
This recipe is standard potluck fare in the midwest.

1 (8oz) carton sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn, drained
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
