BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE

1 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 10 oz. pkg. creamed style corn
1 1/4 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
3 T. margarine, melted
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt, drain. Cook corn. Combine broccoli, corn, one cup stuffing mix, soup, egg, margarine, and onion. Mix well and pour into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese ane remaining 1/4 cup stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degress for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
