MUELLER'S SHRIMP CREOLE WITH THIN SPAGHETTI
1 package Mueller's Thin Spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 green bell pepper, minced
2 tablespoons minced ham
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup stock
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 large can shrimp
Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
Cook thin spaghetti as directed and drain.
Melt butter and cook onion, mushrooms, green pepper and ham in it 5 minutes.
Stir in flour and add stock and tomatoes. Stir over low fire until thick.
Add shrimp and heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange spaghetti in a ring around chop plate. Pour shrimp creole in center and serve.
