Honeyed Carrots
serves 6.

3 tbsp. butter
4 cups sliced carrots
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
4 tbsp. honey

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
