QUICK VINEGAR SLAW
4 cups shredded cabbage (or cole slaw mix)
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
