Recipe: Apricot Sesame Seed Salad Dressing

APRICOT SESAME SEED SALAD DRESSING

1 teasponn cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
5 1/2 ounces apricot nectar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons sesame seeds or 1 teaspoon sesame oil or 1 teaspoon sesame seeds plus 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Mix cornstarch, garlic powder and ground ginger in a saucepan. Add nectar, vinegar, honey and sesame seeds. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Cook and stir 2 more minutes. Chill covered. Stir to serve.
