Recipe(tried): Easiest Au Gratin Hash Brown Casserole

Side Dishes - Potatoes
1 BAG FROZEN O'BRIEN STYLE HASH BROWNS
(WITH GREEN PEPPERS AND ONIONS)
2 CUPS SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 PINT HALF AND HALF
1/2 CUP MIX OF SHREDDED CHEDDAR AND PARMESAN
CHEESES

SPRAY A LARGE LOAF PAN (MAKE SURE THIS IS THE LARGE SIZE PAN, AS A REGULAR SIZE ISN'T BIG ENOUGH AND FOR SOME REASON THIS RECIPE DOESN'T WORK WITH ANY OTHER TYPE OF PAN!)
POUR IN 1/3 OF THE FROZEN HASH BROWNS, TOP WITH 1/2 OF THE CHEESE, SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER; REPEAT LAYERING, ENDING WITH HASH BROWNS. POUR THE HALF AND HALF EVENLY OVER ALL. COVER THE PAN TIGHTLY WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 375 FOR 1 HOUR. REMOVE THE FOIL, SPRINKLE THE POTATOES WITH THE REMAINING 1/2 CUP CHEESE, AND RETURN TO THE OVEN UNTIL THE CHEESE HAS MELTED AND STARTED TO BUBBLE. (15-30 MINUTES) LET SIT FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. THESE ARE REALLY, REALLY DELICIOUS!!
