Recipe(tried): Summer Garden Medley

Side Dishes - Vegetables
Summer Garden Medley:
Serves 4

2 Tbls.chopped onion
1 Tbls.butter,melted
1 c.fresh corn,cut from cob
2 small tomatoes,peeled & cubed
2 small yellow squash,sliced
1/2 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp.sugar
1/4 tsp.dried whole oregano
1/8 tsp.pepper

Saute onion in butter in a small dutch oven till tender,Add remaining ingredients,stirring well.

Cover & cook over medium heat 15 minutes or till all vegetables are tender.
