Macaroni Lyonnaise

Serving Size : 4

1/2 pound macaroni
5 slices bacon
1/2 green pepper
1 can whole or diced tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Boil macaroni until tender. Cut bacon in pieces; brown and add chopped green pepper and onion. After they are browned, add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Add macaroni and cook another 15 minutes.
