CHERRY CRISP
1 can cherry pie filling
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick oats, uncooked
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
Vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Pour pie filling into bottom of prepared pan.
Mix the remaining ingredients, except ice cream, in a food processor and sprinkle mixture over the cherry pie filling.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
