Pecan Stuffed Eggs
Serving Size : 6
6 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon minced parsley
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup pecans -- chopped
Boil, shell and cut eggs in half. Mix all other ingredients with the egg yolks. Fill egg whites halves with mixture.
