HEALTHFUL FUDGE

1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup carob powder
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisons

In large saucepan heat honey and peanut butter, stirring constantly just until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in carob powder; mix well.
Stir in other ingredients.
Press into a buttered 8x8x2 pan.
Cover and chill several hours.
Store in fridge.
