Sour Cream Breakfast Cake
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter, room temperature
3 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature
FILLING
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Combine and mix together
Spray a bundt pan and preheat over to 350 degrees.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Using electric mixture beat sugar and butter until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture until combined. Mix in sour cream.
Spoon half of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle nut mixture over the batter. Spoon remaining batter over nut mixture. Bake until tester comes out clean, about 90 minutes.
