Potato Casserole

16 oz. sour cream
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter (softened)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup grated cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all together and add 2 pounds of frozen hash browns potatoes (32ounces).
Top with Waverly wafers (crackers), crushed and some more grated cheese.
Bake 350 30-40 minutes.
