Cherry Breeze:
Serves 8
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (15oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can chilled cherry pie filling
Mix cornflake crumbs & butter thoroughly in 9" pan. Press firmly & evenly over bottom & sides of pan to form crust. Chill
Beat cream cheese till light & fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk & blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice & vanilla. Turn into crust. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or till firm (Do not freeze). Top with chilled filling just before serving.
