UP ON THE ROOFTOP SUNDAE BARS
Makes 36 Bars
1 (22 1/2 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup very hot water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 cups peanuts
6 (1. 45 oz.) pkg. chocolate candy bars, broken into sections
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl combine brownie mix, hot water, oil and egg; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove from oven, immediately spread marshmallow creme over baked brownies.
Sprinkle evenly with peanuts, top with candy bar sections. Return to oven for 2 minutes or till chocolate is melted. Spread evenly to cover. Refrigerate till chocolate is firm, cut into bars.
