6 oz. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 banana, sliced & frozen
1/2 tsp. artificial sweetener
Put milk in blender. Add vanilla & frozen banana, a little at a time. If a thicker shake is desired, add ice cubes till of desired thickness.
