Recipe: Pineapple Delight

Pineapple Delight
Serves 6

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple,undrained
5 slices white bread,cubed & crusts removed

Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs & beat well. Stir in pineapple, undrained & bread cubes. Bake in 8x8" greased pan for 40-50 minutes at 325 degrees.
