Recipe: Grapenut Custard

Grapenut Custard
Serves 8

1 c. Grapenuts cereal
1 qt. milk
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients & pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Set dish in another pan of hot water & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or till custatd is set & knife inserted into center comes out clean. Stir twice during the first half hour of baking time.
