Dear Susan: I had been with a terrible cold this last two days.

That is the reason I did not answer your kind note sooner. I love breadfruits. They are here in PR everywhere. They are sold at markets and they are peeled, cut in rations and frozen for a later use. I have several breadfruit recipes that I will post as soon as I feel a little bit better.
