A nice and easy dessert!
PEACH CRUNCH
1 28oz. can sliced peaches (or halves)
1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
3 Tbs. butter
Drain peaches and place in shallow glass baking dish. Mix cornflakes, brown sugar, cinnamon and cardamom together and sprinkle over the peaches. Dot with bits of the butter. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Serve warm. Good alone or with ice cream.
